Find out from our guide about the history of the Guildhall which once acted as the Town Hall for the city until the current one was commissioned in 1876. It is located in the old walled city, on a street known as Guildhall Lane.

There is much to see in the area, with the King Richard III exhibition and Leicester Cathedral all within walking distance of the Guildhall.
